The class begins with a 45-minute yoga flow and a 15-minute guided meditation specific to the throat chakra. The class ends with tea and a 30-minute discussion where you will learn how to identify if your throat chakra is balanced, blocked, or overactive. At the end of the class, you will know how to balance your throat chakra using yoga movement, meditation, and more!
