What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports relaxation, balance, and the body’s natural ability to heal. Through light touch or distance healing, Reiki helps calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and restore a sense of ease. Distance Reiki works because energy is not limited by space, making it just as effective as in-person sessions.

How does Reiki healing work?

Reiki works by channeling universal life energy to where your body and spirit need it most. During a session, this energy flows naturally, helping to reduce stress, support emotional well-being, and encourage clarity and grounding.
