Yoga at the Lake Retreat
May 28-30 | Wilkesboro, NC

Escape to the mountains of North Carolina with Doug and Kai for a long weekend by the lake. From Thursday to Sunday, we’ll gather for yoga, meditation, and unhurried time in nature, offering space to reset, restore, and return home feeling grounded and renewed.

Mindful Music

Curated DJ sets play softly throughout the weekend, setting a calm, intentional tone. Music becomes part of the atmosphere, never overpowering. Just enough rhythm to help you settle in and stay present.

Good Food

We’ll enjoy nourishing, thoughtfully prepared meals sourced from local restaurants. Food is simple, delicious, and deeply satisfying. Shared meals become moments to slow down and connect.

Lake Adventures

The lake is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Kayaks, paddle boards, and open water invite movement, play, or stillness. Swim from the dock, float, or simply take it all in.
