I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher in Raleigh, North Carolina. 


Join the next yoga retreat in North Carolina with options for 1-day or weekend experiences throughout the year.


My intention is to help others reset mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually through gentle yoga movement, breath work practices, and guided meditation. I continue to be drawn to nature preserves with big trees and opportunities to be inside and outside. The natural element is an important part of the process.
